VALUE CONTRACT LIST
Now that we have been together for over five weeks, we should have a good feel for where we want to go as a class and what we want to accomplish. It is now time for us to put together our value contract, so that we have on paper the standards we plan to live by and hold each other to. You are to list two traits or characteristics that you deem necessary for individuals in a teambuilding, cooperative group to exhibit in order for the group to thrive. After listing your traits, please give a breif explanation or description of each so that we all know why you feel they are important.

MY COMFORT ZONE
We did several activities this week that were designed to test the boundaries of your personal comfort zone. Creative Crossing, was you in front of everyone and having to expose yourself. The fall was about you trying to control your own defense mechanism and trust you would be ok. In getting over the high bar we had to work as a group to achieve the goal, and in the sharing circle we were asked to expose our thoughts and opinions and risk people judging or ridiculing us. Of the activities listed above, which one was the hardest for you? Explain why. Which one did you enjoy the most. Why?

WHAT ARE YOUR THREE WORDS
"Your three words" is the new catch phrase where people express themselve using just three words. Those words can describe a feeling, a thought, or a significant event. Using your three words, tell us about you or about somethng significant that is happening or has happened in your life. Then explain what your three words mean to you.
(Having trouble thinking of your three words, google it and watch some of the videos to see how others used their three words to express themselves.)

WHERE ARE YOU GOING?
Alice asked the Cheshire Cat, “would you tell me, please, which way ought I go from here?” That depends a good deal on where you want to go, said the Cat. I don’t much care where, said Alice. Then it doesn’t matter which way you go, said the Cat.
Explain how you see this exchange relating to both this class and a persons life. Where do you think we should go from here?
